Mo Talley is a Partner in the firm's Conyers Office. He was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 1979, and his practice is concentrated in the area of real estate transactions. Mo is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Mo served as a Magistrate Judge for Rockdale County from 1989-1993, and he is a member of the Rockdale County Bar Association. Mr. Talley serves as general counsel to the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, the Conyers/Rockdale Habitat for Humanity, Inc. and Rockdale Emergency Relief, Inc. He is a graduate of Leadership Rockdale and actively involved in the United Way, serving on the Board of Directors for the Rockdale chapter of the United Way.
