Mike Kendall is a Partner in the firm’s Douglasville office. He was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 1995. Mike began his practice with the Atlanta firm of Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, and he concentrates in the areas of insurance defense and general litigation. Mike has lectured at various insurance defense seminars and his reported cases include Owners Ins. Co. v. James , 295 F.Supp.2d 1354 (N.D. Ga. 2003); Cheek v. National Auto Sales, Inc. , 253 Ga. App. 114, 558 S.E.2d 451 (2001); and Owners Ins. Co. v. Farmer , 173 F.Supp.2d 1330 (N.D. Ga. 2001). Mr. Kendall is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia; and the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
