Laura French is a Partner in the firm's Conyers office. She was admitted as a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 1995, and her practice areas include business and commercial formation, transactions and disputes; estate planning; probate and trust administration; and adoption matters. Laura is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the courts of the State of Alabama. She is a member of the Georgia Academy of Health Care Attorneys, the Georgia Electric Membership Corporation Council Association and the Rockdale County Bar Association. Mrs. French serves as general counsel to Rockdale Medical Center, Inc. and Snapping Shoals Electric Membership Corporation. She is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and corporate matters. Mrs. French currently serves as a speaker for the OPEN Program of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, an entrepreneurial initiative of the Chamber. In addition, she is a graduate of Leadership Rockdale. Mrs. French is a member of the Board of Directors of the Eastminster School, Inc.
